Closing ceremony 16th IBCA Olympiad 2021

Objective

IBCA is the supreme body of chess for the blind and visually impaired and is affiliated to FIDE. The main purpose of IBCA is to promote chess for the blind and visually impaired across the globe. It has about 60 member countries in Europe, Africa, the Americas, and Asia.
